RETURN POLICY
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS:
After placing your order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request a free order change or cancellation.
Your order will be processed within 12 to 24 hours. Therefore, if you request a cancellation, 30% of the total invoice will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.

1. No returns for correctly shipped items:

The quantity is correct.
The product matches its description.
Additionally, the following reasons for returns will not be accepted:
Refusal to accept the order without a valid reason.
I no longer like the product.
Ordered by mistake, but the product has already been shipped.
2. Size chart and product description:
We provide a detailed size chart and specifications for every product in our store. Customers are responsible for verifying these specifications before ordering. We recommend carefully checking the size chart to avoid sizing issues.
Cases where products are too tight or too loose will not be accepted if we have sent the correct size and specifications that you ordered.
3. Color variation:
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings. This is not a valid reason for a return. We encourage customers to carefully review the product images.
4. Note regarding non-authentic or replica products:
All items marked as "replica" or "fake" are clearly indicated in the product description. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that you understand they are not authentic products. We do not accept returns based on complaints about counterfeit goods.

Replacement products will be shipped as soon as the request is confirmed.

Product damaged during shipping: If the product was damaged during transport (e.g., scratches, cracks), please take a photo and send it with your return request within 7 days of receiving the item.

Waiting for a response: We will review your request and reply within 24-28 business hours.
